A career built
across disciplines.

My work connects the analytical precision of mathematics and engineering with the human side of learning and leadership.

I have worked across teaching, school leadership, business operations, software engineering and project management. Each experience adds a different perspective to the same question: how can we build systems that serve people better?

As an educator and lifelong tutor, I value understanding over shortcuts. As a business leader, I focus on translating ideas into practical plans. As an AI generalist, I use technology to amplify human expertise, judgment and creativity, not replace them.

01 / EDUCATIONAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

Expertise, made personal.

Dr. K Learning Studio formalizes a lifetime of tutoring into a professional learning business. It supports middle-school, high-school and college mathematics, SAT/ACT Math preparation, and academic coaching.

Personalized support considers both mathematical understanding and the habits students bring to learning. One-to-one and small-group options are available in person and online.

02 / CROSS-FUNCTIONAL SYSTEMS LEADERSHIP

Connecting operations
and technology.

Led collaboration on a retail-chain software suite, bringing together in-house developers, an external software company, end-user subject-matter experts, owners, managers and frontline teams.

The work included lease handling, task management and camera-reporting workflows linked to point-of-sale data.

Explore the leadership approach

The focus was connecting stakeholder needs with technical work: making space for operational knowledge, coordinating across teams and helping translate business requirements into systems people could use.

This work brings together my experience in operations, software engineering and project management.

03 / DOCTORAL STRATEGIC RESEARCH

Beyond simply
adding technology.

My doctoral strategic research explored how K–12 schools can move beyond superficial technology use toward a sustainable approach to instructional design and integration.

The proposed solution centered on an Instructional Design and Technology department, supported by professional development, implementation planning and evaluation.

Explore the research approach

The strategic research drew on organizational analysis, systems thinking and frameworks including TPACK, SAMR, TIM, ISTE standards and Understanding by Design.

It considered how staffing, teacher support, instructional planning and evidence of progress could work together. This was a strategic research proposal, not a claim of a completed school-wide implementation.

A GUIDING PRINCIPLE

Technology should amplify
human thinking.
Not replace it.

I’m interested in education and systems that help people understand, think, create and collaborate, while strengthening their sense of self and community.
